New real-time compliance validation

A new Know Your Customer (KYC) validation process now provides integrators with meaningful rejection reasons in real-time for the following data:

  • Date of birth
  • Name
  • Tax ID
  • Street address 1 and 2

The Prime Trust compliance process will now also automatically reject newly created Contacts if required documents are not submitted within 24 hours of creation.

Password required to open a custodial account in Cloud Prime Trust

Custodial Account creation in Cloud Prime Trust now requires credentials. Please ask your Prime Trust account manager for the credentials required for account creation.

April 30th marked the end of my.primetrust.com and the migration to cloud.primetrust.com. All integrator accounts and data from My Prime Trust are now available at https://cloud.primetrust.com.
